countdown....6

The bottom 3 pics are quite cool, basically the electricity was gone at the school and seeing that the whole place was all dark and depressing, me and my student went out of school for our lesson, and we went nearby to Villa Torlonia, which was basically the summer residence of Mussolini, according to my student. Very cool!

Getting closer and closer to the day I leave now, less than a week to go. I'm quite glad to be leaving the school in all honesty, because the Italians are quite stressfully organised, plus I work and travel for a significant amount of hours in the day. The thing I will miss most is most definitely the friends that I have made here. Yesterday me and ver went to the centre to have an ice cream, and I found something.... Basically my landlady isn't coming at the end of the month anymore, she called and told me so. Seeing as she won't be here this weekend, I thought of having a party at home before I left, and while I was telling Veronics about it, Veronica was trying to get me to change the date of the party and she was acting all weird. In the end it turned out that she was planning on a bit of a surprise for me at a pub in the centre on Sunday, inviting most of the people I've met since I've been here. I was seconds away from crying, since people that know me would know how much a thought like that would mean to me. What we're going to probably do now is organise something here on sunday and i can't wait!! The next few days will be so busy....tonight me and my flatmates are having our first and last ever dinner together, tomorrow night i'm going out to eat with my students, friday mum comes, have to organise myself in coming back.....quite hectic, but really exciting :))
