Sooooo, went for a porchetta yesterday, in the same place as last time, which was really fun! Amazing food, company and everything. The evening was really fun, though it got off to a bit of a rough start with an argument between roommates before......kept well out of it like the sensible girl that I am and after a while all was forgotten (wine tends to have that effect). I enjoyed a reeeeaaally nice long lie in this morning, really and truly my only opportunity all week.......next week I have loads of new lessons (I no longer start late on tuesday and get to sleep in *sob sob*) and will be preeeettty busy. Things are going quite well at school, they're very happy with me and want to continue as I am, and my students also seem to be very happy with me as well, judging from the last evaluations where basically the boss goes to talk to them about how they're finding their course. Even the students which I got from Pamela after she left are very ok with me (very difficult to follow in the footsteps of a teacher who their students were very fond of!). Anyways, am going to try to rela for the rest of the weekend before the hectic week starts. At least I can get to spend time with my mum over the weekend, and will hopefully get a chance to see dad on Wednesday too. :))
